We will explore many aspects of our life that can affect our health and wellness.
You may be wondering, will I have participate each day? Are there meetings? Will I have to do something I’m not comfortable with, or eat something I don’t want to? The answers are all NO! You can use this program as you wish. You can read the Ebook on your own, read the daily posts/emails, or remain anonymous. Or if you prefer more interaction, you can share thoughts, concerns, obstacles, and goals with our members of the group. The important thing to know is there are no crazy rules or restrictions!

I’m taking baby steps. I have made a few positive changes at a time and not getting overwhelmed. I actually like the warm lemon water too! I like to add some other ingredients to it. I’m so much more aware of sugar! I don’t think I will ever be able to totally cut it out…but cut way back! I’m trying to incorporate more veggies, which is hard because I’m a picker eater.
